What is CRPS or RSD?
RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy), also known as CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome), is a chronic condition characterized by severe burning pain in the extremities. It is triggered by tissue injury without underlying nerve damage.
The cause of RSD is unknown but it is believed to be a malfunction of the sympathetic nervous system. Trauma to the extremities and certain conditions like sprains, fractures, surgery, and brain injuries can trigger RSD.
Diagnosis is challenging as there is no single laboratory test, but imaging studies and nerve conduction tests may be helpful. There is currently no cure for RSD. However, there are treatments and some have gone into remission.

Marcus1Media specializes in AI technology and digital solutions built for healthcare organizations (surgery centers, practice offices, independent clinics) and non-profits. Guided by our belief that "Innovation Serves Humanity," we help organizations increase operational efficiency, streamline administrative workflows, and enhance the patient and client experience through our AI Ecosystem as a Service (EaaS).
We design and deliver custom-built AI software and operational tools — including our 24/7 AI answering, scheduling, websites, explainer videos, and administrative intake platform — licensed to facilities for a fixed fee to improve staff efficiency and call coverage. Our software is not billed to or reimbursed by any federal or state healthcare program.
Position Overview
This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only position (no base salary) for a self-driven sales professional who can build and manage their own pipeline. You will sell Marcus1Media's custom-built operational software solutions to healthcare and non-profit organizations.
Location: Prefer candidates based in Florida (not required).
Compensation
This is a commission-only engagement. Commission is earned solely on the sale of software solutions and subscriptions and is calculated as a percentage of the fees paid by the customer. The applicable upfront and residual commission rates will be set forth in the Independent Contractor Agreement.
Commission is not based on, and does not vary with, the volume or value of any patients, referrals, or items or services reimbursable by any healthcare payer. Compensation is tied exclusively to software sales and subscription revenue.
Responsibilities
1. Consultative Sales & Client Communication

Serve as the consultative sales contact for healthcare leaders, clinic owners, and non-profit executives.

Lead discovery conversations to understand each organization's operational bottlenecks and efficiency goals.

Translate those needs into clear, actionable proposals featuring Marcus1Media's custom AI and digital solutions.

Advise prospects on the ROI and operational best practices of integrating AI and automation into daily administrative workflows.

Manage the sales pipeline proactively, set transparent expectations, handle objections, and close subscription agreements.
2. End-to-End Pipeline & Account Management

Lead Generation: Act as the primary driver of new business. Marcus1Media will supply some targeted leads, but you are expected to proactively prospect, self-generate, and build the majority of your own pipeline.

Own your sales outcomes holistically — managing your schedule, outreach, and closings.

Monitor your key performance metrics and maintain accurate records of your pipeline and activity in the company's CRM.

Maintain professional, responsive communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications

Independent Contractor Status
This is an independent contractor (1099) engagement, not an employee position. The Contractor:
